SMS Terms and Conditions USE:

STRUCTURED HAIR uses the SMS text messaging program for the convenience of the guest and our team to ensure efficient and clear communication. Texts will be used to communicate a variety of different data points including: confirmation of appointments, time changes or change requests, updates for campus parking or special events that might lead to a longer arrival time, etc. Personal information includes but is not limited to mobile phone numbers, other phone numbers, mailing addresses, email addresses, birth dates, gender, and any other identifying information. 

Examples of possible text:

  • “Hello. We wanted to inform you that your stylists is currently running 15 minutes late. Thank you for your understanding. “

  • “Our parking lots are full due to a special event from 1-3pm. Please be advised when making arrival plans”

  • “We just had a new appointment time open up earlier during the day. Would you prefer to take the 12pm appointment? Or would you prefer to keep your 2pm? Thank you.”

REQUIREMENTS:

  • By opting in to our text communication, you understand you can receive minimum communication directly from our front desk and / or personal stylists. All text communication can be stopped at anytime.

  • Your mobile number will not be shared with any third parties for marketing/promotional purposes.

  • Your opt-in mobile phone number will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes and your personal information will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Program Description: Service Updates / Service Changes / Parking changes at campus, etc.

Example: Send special sales information, special event information, appointment reminders, and status of service requested/delivered.

Message Frequency: Messages will be sent only when needed. Text will be sent on the day of your appointment or referencing future appointments alterations.

Pricing Disclosure: Fees are not passed down to the text receiver on behalf of Structured Hair Studio, INC.
