PARKING: how to find us

As you drive into the Factory’s campus, we recommend parking where the farmer’s market meets (off liberty pike). Look for the covered parking structure. From that parking lot, walk down the alley located to the RIGHT of Franklin Juice Company. Midway down the alley, on your LEFT, you will see our exterior entrance door marked with our Structured Logo. If you pass the Blockhouse Barbershop, you went one door too far.

You can also find our interior entrance inside the Factory towards LIBERTY HALL, next to The Blockhouse Barbershop. If you end up at the Blockhouse, feel free to grab a cocktail and come on over!

  • We prefer to communicate via text and email. New reservations, confirmations and special events will be communicated via email or text. If you want to opt out of text or email communication, please email: info@structuredhair.com or call 615-200-6411

  • You can book from our home screen or “team” page. Click the logo above, then click the “book now” button. You can also reserve time by calling 615-200-6411. However, booking online is the easiest way to book.

  • We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. Time is important to all of us. As with most service-oriented professions, last minute cancellations create an immediate loss of income for the stylist. In an effort to protect our team's income, we require a credit card to make a reservation online. If you are unable to keep a reservation, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. All cancellations made after 24 hours in advance will be charged 100 percent of the services you reserved.

  • We charge a 2% surcharge on all digital transactions. Why? Simply: margins in our industry are small and the the yearly cost of processing is quite high (higher than our charge). As a business, our goal is to save on these expenses helping us add specific types of benefits for our team.
